What do you use to apply your makeup?

I prefer to use brushes other than applicators myself for two reasons,
firstly because brushes are easily washed to prevent contamination and secondly i find them easier to apply with as they generally have more precision and better blending action.

I do occasionaly use sponges to apply certain foundations as i feel it helps blend it better and gives an even coverage.
